


Domenico Colella graduated with honors in Law from the University of Bari, where he was assistant to the chair of civil law of Professor Michele Costantino. He was a consultant to Banca Cattolica S.p.A. and later an Associate Lawyer at the Rome office of the Firm Baker & McKenzie International. Co-founder in 2001 of the Portolano Colella law firm
Cavallo was responsible for the areas of study relating to the matter of property intellectual and outsourcing and technologies for over ten years. In 2012, he joined Orsingher Associate Lawyers. Domenico has a long experience in assisting Italian and foreign customers on technology law issues, with particular reference to outsourcing operations e BUT. In this area, he is often involved by his customers – market leader companies – in the most complex industrial operations. Domenico held the position of teacher at the Master in Business Law organized by LUISS Guido Carli in Rome and at the Luigi Commercial University Bocconi in Milan; he is the author of publications on information technology and aspects contracts of outsourcing operations and co-author of the work “Doing Business” published by World Bank. He was chairman of the Privacy, E-Commerce, and Data Security Committee of the International Law and Practice Section of the ABA (American Bar Association), as well as a member of the Tax & Legal Commission of AIFI, and representative for Italy and member of the Board of Directors of ITechLaw. He has been a lawyer since 1997 and a cassation lawyer since 2011.
