Edoardo Campo

Edoardo is a passionate and curious biologist with an expertise in the field of food science and human nutrition, in which he graduated with a Master’s degree from the University Campus Bio-Medico in Rome. Throughout his academic career, he gained valuable knowledge in clinical nutrition, in related research fields, as well as in the biological functions of food-derived metabolites. Among his experiences, Edoardo has conducted research activity regarding molecular biosensing for food safety at the Institute of Food Sciences (National Research Council), which allowed him to develop a strong aptitude towards teamwork and a focused approach to problem solving.

In Cube Labs, he is focused on Myrtoviva spin-off.
