Junior Project Manager
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the management and development of MedTech portfolio companies, contributing to their strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aiding in resource allocation and commercialization. This role involves assisting senior colleagues in collaborating with scientists, managing stakeholders, and fostering partnerships with institutions to identify emerging technologies.
You will be supportive in guiding ventures through their growth, aiding in problem-solving, and participating in business development efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Project Management: Support the management of MedTech portfolio companies by overseeing the development lifecycle of startups and engaging in value creation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring medical device regulations and healthcare compliance standards, including helping to prepare the necessary documentation for regulatory approvals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact to support communication between internal teams, external partners, regulatory bodies, and healthcare professionals.
- Reporting: Contribute to preparing and presenting regular progress reports to the leadership team, highlighting key milestones, risks, and next steps for each project.
Who You Are
- Experience: You have at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Technical understanding of mechatronics and electromedical devices.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with best practices in medical device regulations.
- Passion for Life Sciences & Startups: startup enthusiast with a strong interest in the life sciences sector, eager to contribute to developing innovative healthcare solutions. You are excited by the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and are motivated to learn and grow within the MedTech space.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: You have strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Biomedical or Mechanical/Mechatronic/Automation Engineering.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level).
