Edoardo Campo
Project Manager for Myrtoviva

Edoardo is a passionate and curious biologist with expertise in food science and human nutrition, from which he graduated with a master’s degree from the University Campus Bio-Medico in Rome. Throughout his academic career, he gained valuable knowledge in clinical nutrition, related research fields, and the biological functions of food-derived metabolites. Among his experiences, Edoardo has conducted research activity regarding molecular biosensing for food safety at the Institute of Food Sciences (National Research Council), which allowed him to develop a strong aptitude towards teamwork and a focused approach to problem solving. 

In Cube Labs, he is focused on Myrtoviva startup.
