Giuseppina holds a Law degree from La Sapienza University of Rome and a Master’s in Corporate Law from LUISS Guido Carli. She has over twenty years of experience in corporate legal consulting, gained in both national and international contexts. She has worked with top-tier law firms, including the Milan office of a legal network integrated within one of the Big Four, as well as leading independent practices.
She is the founder of a law firm based in Rome and collaborates regularly with specialized law firms located in Milan and other Italian cities. Her expertise includes corporate law, M&A transactions, commercial contracts, and compliance. She has advised investment funds, multinational groups, and SMEs on complex operations, and has developed solid experience in designing and implementing organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and managing legal and regulatory risks.
