Assessment

Our team conducts a thorough analysis and validation of research projects or proposals, evaluating business models, intellectual property (IP) and the patentability of the projects. We assess the Scientific Team's expertise to ensure alignment with investment and development plan objectives. Legal, regulatory, clinical and market aspects are also reviewed for comprehensive evaluation.

Incubation

This phase lasts approximately 1-2 months, in which we establish new academic spin-offs and qualify portfolio companies as innovative startups with a clear development plan and roadmap.

Acceleration

In this phase, we provide our portfolio companies with comprehensive strategic, entrepreneurial, financial and operational support to accelerate market access.

Growth & Exit

Capitalizing on Created Value:

Market Entry: We focus on commercializing or licensing technologies internationally to scale up market presence.

Exit Strategy: Options include pursuing an Initial Public Offering (IPO), engaging in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or selling to industrial partners to optimize value creation.
