Massimo is a certified accountant with extensive experience working with both local and international companies across various sectors, including banking, finance, distribution, entertainment, and energy. He served as advisor to Bank Foundations and Non-Profit Organizations and is a Founder and Partner at Fiocchi Tirrito, a law and tax firm in Rome. Massimo specializes in domestic and international tax matters, corporate reorganization, M&A, commercial law, corporate governance, and application of accounting standards. He has also served as a board director and a member of the board of statutory auditors for limited liability and joint-stock companies, as well as an external auditor for public bodies and a liquidator for special purpose entities in securitization transactions. Massimo holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University Bocconi and is a registered Legal Auditor.
